Sales Strategy And Planning Full-time · Entry level

Summary of Role:

Selected candidate will be responsible to create and achieve the business strategies and targets for FutureX Technologies Ltd. and manage every aspect of sales activities. This includes building and managing the sales plans and strategies & work closely with technical team, achieving revenue targets.

Job Requirements

1-Strategy and Planning:

  • - Has strong Line of Business (LOB)/ C-level relationships to get a clear understanding of clients’ business needs and operational challenges./li>
  • - Expert in sales strategy and plans to achieve the success and the expansion of the company.
  • - Expert in creating and executing accounts’ business development plans.
  • - Strong sales/ solution consulting skills to fully manage information systems sales life cycle and has passion to solve customers’ problems.
  • - Expert in creating and driving plans for demand generation and new customer acquisition.

2- Skills and knowledge:

  • - Has excellent written, verbal and presentation and top follow up skills.
  • - Strong product and solutioning sales and acumen in digital transformation.
  • - Has strong solution expertise of the following solutions: RPA, ECM, BI, AI, Data & Analytics.
  • - Deliver excellent knowledge of competitive positioning in the market, present differentiators and articulating benefits and positioning.
  • - Teamwork attitude and works closely with presales and marketing.
  • - Has superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day and week with various competing demands.
  • - Ability to travel as required.

Job Description

Successful candidate will be responsible to achieve the business targets and manage the technical activities. This includes achieving revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • - Strong understanding, development and engagement with the solution set including: RPA, ECM, BI, IoT, AI, ML, Data & Analytics, Low Code/ No Code, Power Apps, etc.
  • - Strategy and planning of technology and Solution consulting
  • - Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and switch context quickly with various competing demands.
  • - Be recognized as technical point of contact and technology/market expert by customer
  • - Has a high level of knowledge of competitive products
  • - Technical support to the sales team and deliver all necessary presales tasks such as:

Required Experience

  • 1. Lead strong engagement in product/ solutions and digital transformation for customers and prospects. e
  • 2. Deliver best in class written, verbal and presentation communications with customers and prospects and follow up to help in closing sales.
  • 3. Partner with sales to identify customer needs, business issues and use cases
  • 4. Assist in creating customer-specific product positioning and strategy
  • 5. Drive customer technical s--elling with sophisticated presales consulting and solution engineering
  • 6. Drive the discovery process, define the problem/solution fit, present products, build and present demos, respond to RFPs and present differentiators, articulating benefits and positioning

Preferred Skills

  • - Develop solutions based on firm understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices of the relevant technological architecture
  • - Present specific industry use cases
  • - Assist in events and fairs to represent the products and the company values
  • - Provide continuous knowledge transfer to the sales
  • - Travel as required by business needs
